The Original Cottage Inn & The Cellar are bringing a monthly comedy show. This month we are hosting these incredible local, regional, and national comedians Andy Beningo, Chris Young, Danielle Bentzley.

Tickets are available for $20 individual, $30 for 2 tickets, or $60 for 4 tickets. There is a two-drink minimum.

Andy Beningo, with over 3,400 career performances, Andy Beningo has established himself as one of the most in demand comedians working today. Hailed for his clean and “every man” style, Andy has been named one of the 40 Best Up and Coming Comedians in the country, as well as “Best Comedian” by both the Detroit Metro Times and Detroit Hour magazine. Andy has appeared on AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, CMT’s Next Big Comic, and on Drybar Comedy- where his special, ‘Adorable Tough Guy’ generated over seven million views on social media. Andy has been heard on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom radio show, and was a special guest on Larry the Cable Guy’s ‘Weekly Round Up’ on Sirius XM radio. His first comedy album, ‘Quiet Coyote’ regularly plays on Laugh USA. His rare ability to find humor in subjects like growing up the middle child, his short lived career as a middle school teacher and our society’s obsession with technology has made him a crowd favorite in audiences worldwide.

Chris Young is able to take real life experiences and turn them into laughs that maintain a clean but funny appearance. Chris’s luck (or lacks there of) have lead him to look at the world through a different set of glasses. Having once been called a pessimist by a fellow classmate “he replied simply, that he is not a pessimist but a optimist, as he believes things could not get any worse!”

He is a frequent performer at comedy clubs, colleges and casino’s as well as corporate shows around the country. He has appeared at the Gilda’s Laughfest in Grand Rapids,Mi the Laughing Skull Festival and the Canton Comedy Festival. His DryBar Special has millions of views. He was the winner of the TV20 Detroit “That’s Funny” Comedy Contest on My Network, as well as a finalist in Dave Coulier’s “Clean Guys of Comedy/Unbleepable Contest.” Chris is also a favorite on radio stations all across the country. He has shared the stage with some of his favorite comics, including Bob and Tom’s Mike Armstrong, Larry Reeb, Heywood Banks, and Dave Coulier.

Danielle Bentzley has been performing stand up comedy since 2021. Quickly gaining traction in the Detroit scene with a dry delivery and hard-hitting punchlines, she’s featured at the Independent Comedy Club and Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle. Danielle is a producer for 313 Comedy, a weekly comedy show featuring local and touring comics at Detroit Shipping Company. During the week, Danielle works as an elementary teacher. Danielle loves people and animals and sometimes she gets sad. Come laugh with her about the ridiculousness that she encounters as she navigates sobriety in her mid-twenties.
